John Malley


John is a graduate of Westfield State University with a B.S. in Computer Science. He has implemented integrated software solutions for hundreds of clients over the course of his career. He is an expert in EDI technologies and Business Outsourcing Solutions.

John is an expert in Unix/Linux system administration with a strong background in programming and database development. He is highly versed in Informix (4GL, ESQL/C, DBMS), the C programming language, Unix/Linux shell programming, VB.NET, C#, the .NET Framework and SQL Server.

On a personal note, when John is not working he can be found lake side enjoying his family along with the view, usually with a laptop in front of him. (We’re unsure how he manages to keep his laptop from being thrown IN the lake!)

Ken Perry

Vice President

Ken is a graduate of Bentley College with a B.S. in Computer Information Systems with a concentration in Business Management.

After working for United Technologies for 4 years, Ken started his own company. For 25 years, Ken has been working to support the needs of clients through the use of technology. Currently Ken is managing the operations of the company.

Ken lives in Connecticut and during his down time he enjoys spending time with his wife and three girls. (We were going to include a funny anecdote but after all he DOES manage the operations of the company!)

Steven Ricci, MCSE

Vice President

Steven is a graduate of Bryant University with a B.S. in Business Administration. He possesses an extensive Microsoft-centric skill set with multi-faceted experience encompassing a wide range of hardware, software and networking technologies . He is a seasoned software developer specializing in sophisticated and highly customized integrated web-based solutions.

Steven is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer and a SQL Server guru.

On a personal note, Steven is a fitness buff and CrossFit trainer. (Don’t tell anyone he has a soft side!)

Jennifer Teixeira

Accounting & HR

Jen is a graduate of Bentley University with a degree in Accounting. She joined us after working for Liberty Mutual for a number of years.

Jen oversees all of our accounting and H/R functions and prepares monthly financial statements for all of our divisions.

When she’s not keeping us in line at the office she’s taking care of her husband and three young kids.

Network and Desktop Lead Support Technician

David is a Bachelor’s candidate at New England Tech with a concentration in Cyber Security. He has also completed coursework in Network Engineering.

David holds an industry related certification from VEEAM, and is pursuing Cisco certifications.

In his free time, David enjoys racing cars (and fixing them when they break).

Operations Manager

Brandon is a graduate of the University of Rhode Island.  Brandon joined our team after leading the outside sales team of Healthtrax.

In his spare time, Brandon can be found riding his bike or going for a run with his dog!

Monica Picon, MCP

Senior Support Technician

Monica is a graduate of Rhode Island College. As our Senior Desktop Support Technician she is often the first line of defense for our clients.

She is a Microsoft Certified Professional with extensive experience in desktop operating systems and productivity software. She is well versed in software used by our manufacturing and legal clients.

In her spare time Monica …. wait, she has 2 beautiful boys …. and no spare time!

Senior Network and Desktop Support Technician

Tim is a graduate of ITT Technical institute with a concentration in Computer Networking Services. He joined our team after thirteen years at another IT firm primarily based in the Boston area.

In his free time, he enjoys seeing live music and playing music himself.

Joseph is a graduate of the CISCO Academy and a graduate of Johnson and Wales University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Network Engineering.

Joseph holds certifications in both VMware and VEEAM in addition to his training in CISCO products.

On a personal note, Joseph has led youth groups and is a big sports fan.
