Steven specializes in the effective pairing of technology with business processes.  He has headed the design and implementation of large-scale networks, helped organizations improve IT security and compliance, and directed both nearshore and offshore software development resources.

John Malley

John is a skilled data systems integrator with over 35 years of industry experience.  He has worked with fortune 500 companies and engineered custom data integration and service bureau solutions using a wide range of technologies.  In addition, he has assisted many organizations with EDI transaction processing, process reengineering, and service outsourcing.

John manages a team of near and offshore developers guiding the development of secure data communications and automation solutions.  He specializes in EDI, check-processing, and payroll transactions.

Senior Support Engineer 

Tim is a graduate of ITT Technical Institute, specializing in Computer Network Services.  He possesses over thirteen years of experiencing resolving technology issues and designing and implementing integrated solutions.

Tim is an outstanding problem solver and has extensive experience with prevailing industry technologies from leaders including Dell, Lenovo, Microsoft, Citrix, Apple, VMware, Sonicwall, Cisco, and many more.  He works daily within both localized and cloud implementations of Citrix, successfully integrating a wide array of third-party devices.

Monica Picon

Senior Desktop Technician

Monica possesses over fourteen years of applied application experience and leads desktop support efforts.  Her years of experiences brings value to clients with her ability to quickly resolve application issues and provide support that often exceeds that of application vendor.
Monica is well versed in the ability of installing, migrating, and supporting applications spanning many industries including manufacturing, legal, and financial.  She is multilingual and brings effective resolution to any size application project.

Jonathan Garcia

Jonathan is a experience IT support consultant with a mastery of desktop and server operating systems from Microsoft, Apple and Google.  He fulfills the support and administrative needs of clients both small and large. He has over four years of experience working in the field.

Jonathan is proficient in with Office 365 as well as associated hardware and software technologies including Dell, Lenovo, Aruba, OneDrive, Proofpoint, iCloud, and SonicWALL.  He is dedicated to rapid response, effective problem solving, and follow through. He is also a recent graduate of Bristol Community College with a degree in Computer Networking.

Chris Taylor-Hartle

Desktop and Application Support 

Chris, a graduate of Pittsburgh Technical Institute, possesses skill and experience supporting Windows and Mac application environments. With exceptional problem-solving and communication abilities, he navigates software issues efficiently, identifying root causes and applying timely remedies.

He has worked in a variety of industries both in the US, Europe, and South Korea, including experience with defense technologies. As a result, Chris is proficient with all of the latest software and cloud platform offerings from industry leaders, including Microsoft, Apple, Zoom, AWS, Sage, and Intuit.

Joseph Vierra

Field Technician II

Joseph is a graduate of the Cisco Academy and holds a bachelor’s degree from Johnson and Wales University with a focus on Network Engineering.  He holds certifications in VMware and VEEAM in addition to specialized training with Cisco products.

Joseph is an experienced field technician with broad skills, including infrastructure wiring, firewalls, switches, and network device configuration and deployment.  He assists clients daily with new implementations, one-site repair services, and general IT support.

Brennan Stetson

Brennan, a graduate of the New England Institute of Technology and is an experienced field technician dedicated to personalized service and attention to detail.  He is distinguished by the ability to narrow down complex issues and uncover root causes quickly.  In addition, Brennan strives to resolve the problem fully and place importance in documenting outcomes to expand a reusable knowledge base.

His proficiency with industry prevailing hardware and software technologies, including Microsoft, Apple, Sonicwall, Cisco, and VMware, to name a few.  His experience makes him a valued component of our team of field consultants.  Brennan offers the insight, knowledge, and experience to deliver success.

Ken, a Bentley University graduate, possesses 25+ years of information processing, EDI communications, and task automation experience.  Ken fulfills an operational role dedicated to servicing client relationships coordinating onboarding and implementations within the data exchange, check writing, and integration lines of business.

Additionally, Ken leads the human resource efforts within the organization.
