Steven is a Bryant University graduate with a B.S. in Business Administration and possesses over 30 years of applied technology expertise with additional skills focused on software engineering and data analytics. 

Steven specializes in the effective pairing of technology with business processes.  He has headed the design and implementation of large-scale networks, helped organizations improve IT security and compliance, and directed both nearshore and offshore software development resources.

John Malley

John is a skilled data systems integrator with over 35 years of industry experience.  He has worked with fortune 500 companies and engineered custom data integration and service bureau solutions using a wide range of technologies.  In addition, he has assisted many organizations with EDI transaction processing, process reengineering, and service outsourcing.

John manages a team of near and offshore developers guiding the development of secure data communications and automation solutions.  He specializes in EDI, check-processing, and payroll transactions.

David has successfully implemented solutions for large organizations, and he is well versed with major industry technologies, including VMware, Microsoft, Citrix, Veeam, SonicWALL, and Cisco, just to name a few.

Brandon possesses a working knowledge of a wide range of hardware and software technologies and has the unique ability to match skillsets with project requirements.  He achieves success for clients through an unwavering focus on the details and quality.

Monica Picon

Senior Associate 

Monica possesses over fifteen years of applied experience and leads desktop support efforts.  Her years of software experience offer value to clients and the ability to enjoy quick resolution to application issues.  She is often able to provide insight that often exceeds that of respective software vendors.
Monica is well-versed in installing, migrating, and supporting applications across many industries, including manufacturing, legal, and financial. She is multilingual and brings effective resolution to any application project of any size.

Tim is a graduate of ITT Technical Institute, specializing in Computer Network Services.  He has over thirteen years of experience resolving complex technology issues, including designing and implementing integrated solutions.

Tim is an outstanding problem solver and has extensive experience with prevailing industry technologies from leaders including Dell, Lenovo, Microsoft, Citrix, Apple, VMware, Sonicwall, Cisco, and many more.  He works daily within both localized and cloud implementations of Citrix, successfully integrating a wide array of third-party devices.

Jonathan Garcia

Jonathan is an experienced IT support consultant with a mastery of desktop and server operating systems from Microsoft, Apple, and Google. He fulfills the support and administrative needs of clients, large and small. He has over four years of experience working in the field.

Jonathan is proficient in Office 365 and associated hardware and software technologies, including Citrix, Dell, Lenovo, Aruba, OneDrive, Proofpoint, iCloud, and SonicWALL. He is dedicated to rapid response, effective problem-solving, and follow-through. He is also a recent graduate of Bristol Community College with a degree in Computer Networking.

Mario Farw

Mario has worked with technology in various capacities for over fifteen years, providing hardware and software support for products and services from industry leaders, including Microsoft, Apple, Google, Dell, Lenovo, and SonicWall.

Mario possesses excellent problem-solving abilities and can communicate clear guidance and resolution to client issues.  He is versed in many common productivity applications and is dedicated to rapid response, effective problem-solving, and follow-through. He is also the newest addition to our continually expanding skill team of associates.

Stephanie Brooks

Desktop and Application Support 

Stephanie, a graduate of Roger Williams University, offers skills and experience supporting a wide range of Windows applications and associated desktop environments. Paring problem-solving abilities with a dynamic personality and exceptional communication, she efficiently identifies the root causes of issues and applies timely remedies.

 

She has worked supporting various industries as part of the Managed Service Provider business sector. As a result, Stephanie is proficient with the latest software and cloud platform offerings from leaders, including Microsoft, Google, Apple, Zoom, AWS, Sage, and Intuit.

Joseph Vierra

Field Technician II

Joseph is a graduate of the Cisco Academy and holds a bachelor’s degree from Johnson and Wales University with a focus on Network Engineering.  He holds certifications in VMware and VEEAM in addition to specialized training with Cisco products.

As an experienced field technician with broad skills, including infrastructure wiring, firewalls, switches, and network device configuration and deployment, Joseph assists clients daily with new implementations, on-site repair services, and general IT support. 

Joseph’s additional attention to detail and craftsmanship results in the delivery of well-thought-out and cleanly implemented solutions.   

 

Brennan Stetson

Brennan, a graduate of the New England Institute of Technology and is an experienced field technician dedicated to personalized service and attention to detail.  He is distinguished by the ability to narrow down complex issues and uncover root causes quickly.  In addition, Brennan strives to resolve the problem fully and place importance in documenting outcomes to expand a reusable knowledge base.

His proficiency with industry prevailing hardware and software technologies, including Microsoft, Apple, Sonicwall, Cisco, and VMware, to name a few.  His experience makes him a valued component of our team of field consultants.  Brennan offers the insight, knowledge, and experience to deliver success.

Jen, a graduate of Bentley University, manages all accounting operations within the organization.  She delivers success through her outstanding professionalism, attention to detail, and uncompromising commitment to quality.

Additionally, Jen oversees human resources functions and provides fiscal feedback essential to the direction of operational business units.

Ken Perry

EDI and Data Coordinator

Ken, a Bentley University graduate, possesses 25+ years of information processing, EDI communications, and task automation experience.  Ken fulfills an operational role dedicated to servicing client relationships coordinating onboarding and implementations within the data exchange, check writing, and integration lines of business.

Additionally, Ken leads the human resource efforts within the organization.
